For the better part of 10 years, Elevate Health Care was based in Mount Eliza, on the corner of Kunyung Road and Nepean Highway — after relocating there and changing our business name from “Towerhill Chiropractic Centre” in Frankston South.
After searching for a number of years for a suitable location closer to Steve's home in Aspendale, we finally relocated to Chelsea Heights in November 2023, a little further north along the bay. If you saw us in Mount Eliza in the past, or you've been referred to us as “the chiropractor who used to be in Mount Eliza,” this page is here to help you find us again.
The address has changed — but the practitioner, the approach, and the focus on movement and the fascial system have not.
Where to Find Us Now
Elevate Health Care is now located at Suite 30, Level 1, 93 Wells Road, Chelsea Heights VIC 3196 — a 22 km drive, around 25–30 minutes north of the old Mount Eliza location. There is free on-site parking available, and a lift to access our first-floor address should mobility be a concern.
Still Caring for Mornington Peninsula Patients
Many of our patients still travel from Mount Eliza, Mornington, Frankston and across the peninsula to see us, and word of mouth continues to bring us new patients from further down the peninsula.
We understand a longer drive is a commitment, so first appointments are scheduled at a full 45–60 minutes, with a clear explanation of our findings and a considered plan, rather than a quick visit you need to repeat unnecessarily. We typically commence treatment on your first visit, so you leave with treatment underway and a clear plan — not just an assessment.

Getting Here from the Peninsula
It's a 22 km trip from the old Mount Eliza location to Chelsea Heights — around 25–30 minutes — and there are two main routes, both ending at the Thames Promenade turn onto Wells Road:
- Nepean Highway to Thames Promenade — the coastal route, typically used by patients coming from beachside Mount Eliza, Mornington and Mount Martha.
- The M3 to the M11, exiting at Thames Promenade — typically the quicker run for patients from Frankston South, the ‘Bentons’ side of Mornington, Langwarrin and Somerville.
Free on-site parking is available at the clinic.
By train, Bonbeach, Chelsea and Edithvale stations are all a short rideshare from the clinic, with Edithvale the closest.
Our Approach
Elevate Health Care combines chiropractic assessment and treatment with Stecco Fascial Manipulation — a systematic, evidence-informed method for identifying and treating the fascial system.
Where standard musculoskeletal assessments tend to focus on the painful structure, our assessment looks at the mechanical and fascial environment that surrounds it. You can read more about the clinic and our approach here.
